About StylzMag
On the StylzMag job board, you can browse and apply for fashion tailoring, hair and beauty work wherever you are in the world. If you need a specific service for a group booking, you can post it on the job board for free and let the fashion, hair and beauty service providers get in touch with you.

On the StylzMag offers board, you will find free or reduced-price hair and beauty treatments and tailoring services. Everybody has to start somewhere, so please bear in mind that some of these free and reduced-price treatments are from people who need to build their portfolio.

Editing your StylzMag Store and Items
- Log into your account and click on ‘Sell Items’
- From the dropdown, click on ‘View all listings’
- Click on the ‘Pen Icon’ beside the item you want to edit
- Edit your listing and the click on update listing to save it
- To delete please click on the bin icon.
- Log into your account

- Delete the old price and input your new price

- Add your product details and click on ‘List Item’.
After you select your item category and options, you will see this section after the description boxes.
After you select ‘yes’ more options will appear. You can select from the variations you used in your listing or check the box to add a custom variation.
You will need to add a name for your custom variation. You will add this in the text box (1) and then save it before you can add options (2).
Add options for your custom variation in the text box (1) and then save it (2). After you have added and saved all, set your option by clicking the ‘set variation option’ button (3).
The variation will open like the image below. You can confirm the quantity and add a custom price or image if applicable and then save it.
Please note that you will need to add the original option as a variation.
General/User Account Features
To view and reply to a message scroll down the main menu to the ‘messages’ tab.
- Locate and click the correct message.
- Please type out your message in the message box.
- Click the ‘send’ button.

Bronze directory membership
Bronze directory membership packages allow service providers to have a profile page with general service information, images, a price list and user messaging.
You can opt for:
a rolling monthly contract billable at £4.99
an annual membership plan with a one off payment of £29.99
Silver directory membership
Silver directory membership packages allow service providers to have a profile page with general service information, images, user messaging and appointment scheduling services.
You can opt for:
a rolling monthly contract billable at £6.99
an annual membership plan with a one off payment of £49.99
We charge 4.5% fee for appointment deposits and payments + £0.50 per payment via STYLZ MAG.
Gold directory membership
Gold directory membership packages allow service providers to have a profile page with general service information, images, user messaging, appointment scheduling services and unlimited marketplace store listings.
You can opt for:
a rolling monthly contract billable at £8.99
an annual membership plan with a one off payment of £69.99

Directory service providers can set up appointments through their user dashboards. To set up appointments, log in to your account and follow the booking section’s simple on-screen process. We welcome tailors, makeup artists, hair stylists, barbers, dermatologists, trichologists, nail technicians, lash artists, beauticians and henna artists.
Providing directory services
You will need to set up your calendar and add important information including your working hours and booking terms and conditions before people can book appointments with you.
To edit, access or set up your custom url for bookings please follow the steps below.
Please log in to your directory account and scroll down to the ‘Booking menu’ tab.
After you click the ‘Booking menu’ tab scroll down to the ‘Booking Link’ tab in the sub menu options.

Copy and paste your link and save it so you can share it.
To change your username in the link, add the new information and then click submit to save the changes.
To set up/edit your directory profile scroll down the main menu to the ‘edit profile’ tab.

Enter your business information in the summary section.
Before your directory profile can be viewed by others on the platform, it must include a profile image, service name, location information, service summary and profession details.
In the summary section you can do the following:
- Upload your logo (compulsory)

- Enter your general location (compulsory)
- Write a summary of the services you offer (compulsory)

- To add images, click the ‘choose files’ button, select your image and then click ‘upload’.
- Repeat for the desired number of images.
- Images must be image files only and can be no larger than 5MB.

- Please scroll down the page to ‘contact’.

Opening hours
If you would like to display opening hours you can add them to your profile. If you do not add any this section will not be visible on your profile.
To add opening hours:
- Please scroll down the page to ‘opening hours’
- Enter your opening and closing hours for your business/service and click save changes.
Adding service prices or appointments
On the bronze directory plan you can add service prices to your profile. This information is optional but we recommend adding at least three service prices to your profile.
To add service prices:
- Please click the ‘edit profile’ menu and select the ‘prices’ tab.
- Click the ‘add new’ button.
- Add your service information
- Click the ‘save’ button after you have added all your information. Repeat the process to add more prices.

Edit /update information

Once all information is correct, scroll down the bottom of the page and click the save changes button to update your information.

StylzMag partners with Stripe for secure payments.
We use Stripe to make sure you get paid on time and to keep your personal bank and details secure. After registration, you will need to set up and verify your free Stripe Connect account for receiving payments. You can start this process from your seller dashboard. For extra security, payments may be held for up to 14 days (maximum) before they are released to you. This is to protect buyers, sellers and StylzMag.
Clothing, accessories, hair wigs and extensions, hair and beauty products, and gift items can be sold on the StylzMag Marketplace. No food items can be sold on the StylzMag Marketplace.

- Log into your account
- Click on ‘Sell Items’
- From the dropdown, click on ‘create New listing’
- Add your product details and click on ‘List Item’.
To mark items as dispatched click the ‘sell items’ menu and scroll down the tabs to the ‘sold items’ tab.
- Locate the correct item and click the ‘dispatch item’ button
- Enter the courier name and tracking number
- Update details
Setting up directory appointments
Setting your working hours will enable you to choose which times your appointments can be booked. You can edit and change your working hours as often as needed.
To set your working hours please log in to your directory account and scroll down to the ‘Booking menu’ tab.
Select the working hours option from the drop down menu
Click the ‘+Add Hours’ button to add new hours. Input your new hours and save.
To edit your current hours, click the pen icon. To delete, click the red minus icon.
You can choose to set your hours for short, mid or long term by selecting the relevant box below.

Shopping on the StylzMag Marketplace
You can search for items by keyword in the Marketplace search bar or through categories and subcategories listed under the advanced search options.
To contact a seller, click the message link on the seller’s Marketplace page.
After you have selected an item click add to cart. You can resume your shopping until you are ready to check out. When you are read to check out click the cart icon on the top right of your screen and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once orders have been processed, they can not be cancelled. If you want to return an item for a refund, please send a message to the seller or request a refund through your account. Refunds and exchanges are at the seller’s discretion and as per the sellers listed terms of sale.

To refund an order click the ‘sell items’ menu and scroll down the tabs to the ‘sold items’ tab.
- Locate the correct item and click the ‘cancel order’ button
- Please enter your reasoning for cancelling the order.
- Click ‘cancel order’ button.
Using directory services
You can search for directory services on the home page or directory search page. Select the service you require and then the appropriate sub category if applicable. If you require an appointment you can input your preferred date and time using the calendar. You can then input your location through entering your postcode or typing your location before clicking the search button.
To find services on the directory, you can search by selecting the following options:
- Service provider
- Service preference (if applicable)
- location (if applicable)
- Appointment date (if applicable)
After selecting one or more of the above options, click the search directory button.
After you have found a service you will like to book through StylzMag, select it, and you will be guided through simple on-screen instructions. Some service providers may require a deposit, and some may require full payment in advance to secure the booking. You will need to be registered and logged in to be able to book directory services. General user accounts are free.
To book services on the directory
- Find the services you would like to book
- Scroll down the page and click the book appointment button
- Select the service you want to book
- Click book appointment
- Select a date and time
- Click next
- Enter your details and agree to the terms and conditions
- Click book
